How Do I post my properties?
First, you must create an account. You do this by clicking ?Register? located on the left side of the homepage, center and is also located at the bottom of the page. Fill out the required info and click submit.
It will now ask you to purchase a listing package. Packages start as low as $9.95 for 5 listings for 60 days. $14.95 for 10 listings for 90 days and our popular Platinum offer $19.95 for 10 listings for 4 months.
Ok I?ve chosen a listing package now what?
Log back into your account. Click Manage Listings. Click on ?Click here to post your listings? And fill out the necessary info on the property and click ?Submit?. You can upload up to 15 different pictures per property. Please try to use size 320 X 240
Will my listings show up immediately?
Yes.
I registered, now I've logged into post my property, but the page is not showing properly. What do I do?
This posting issue happens only when you try to post a property using Firefox web browser. Please switch to Internet Explore. Our engineers are aware of this and are working to fix it.
Why don?t I see my city/area listed in your searches - do you not service my zone?
We are a nationwide site that services the entire U.S. In order to make the searches easier for home seekers, and return relevant matches, we only return results from properties that are listed in the area they are in. For example, if you live in Los Angeles, and you do a search for Los Angeles and no user posted a property from Los Angeles, it won?t show Los Angeles as part of the city when displaying the search results. In short, Cities show up on our searches when someone posts a property for the city in question.
How will I know when my account will expire?
15, 10, 5 and 1 day before your property is set to expire, we will send you an email reminding you that your listing will expire
I paid for the service, its still not showing our payment went thru what must we do?
This problem only occurs when the email used for paypal does not match the email you registered with us with. To avoid this, please use the same email for both service as this is what paypal uses to verify your registration with us and vice versa. As long as both matches, you can begin posting immediately. If you ran into this problem, please shoot us an email and we override this from our admin side.
I registered but I can?t post. What did I do wrong?
Please keep in mind that after you register, in order to post, it will ask you to purchase a listing package. Simply buy a package and you can begin posting. Make sure when you pay thru paypal that you use the same email address that you registered with us with.
I wish to advertise my business on your site, what should I do?
contact us and we can make all the necessary arrangements.
Anything else I should know about your site?
Yes. Unlike sites that boast thousands of listings, your property stand out on our site because there isn't a lot of clutter to go thru. A buyer won't have to sift through thousands or hundreds of properties to find one they like.
