We are close to many Mayan archaeological sites, Chichen Itza is a 2 hours drive. Cancun, 4 hours drive. Visit and swim in cenotes (under ground pools). Good coach services. Weather is always warm, some times humid but always a breeze at the beach. Nice restaurants and theaters in town. 10 km to a supermarket.
Locals are very friendly and polite. Spanish is the local language. Many speak Mayan and English comes next.

Located in the NW corner of the YUCATAN Peninsula. Mexico,
Latitude 21.30189. Longitude- 89.567413
20 miles north of MERIDA (800,000 population), the capital city of Yucatan, and 7 miles
east of PROGRESO, a small fishing port, where cruise ships dock twice per week.
It is a 3 story, 5 en-suite beach house that sleeps 10. Situated in a quiet peaceful area of beach homes , 50 yards from the beach and turquoise waters on the Gulf of Mexico. It has 3 kitchens,
one on each floor, a 12’ x 20’ swimming pool and every thing you will need in a vacation
home. One suite in the top and ground floors and 3 suites on the 2nd floor.
It sleeps 10 in beds and has 2 additional sofa beds. Caretaker on site 24/7. Internet is available. at $4/day.
TV and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Booking deposit is 50% of the total rental plus $300 Security Deposit. Total rental must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Funds, PayPal is preferred, can be wired. Wiring information and a Rental Contract will be forwarded if your decision is to book the Villa.
For 2 on one floor $690/week. Monthly rent for the complete 5,500sqft, 3 story, 5 suite Villa, is $3250.
